We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location on the river nearby in the forest around was absolutely stunning. It provided a beautiful and tranquil atmosphere that made our stay truly memorable. The service was top-notch, with room service, laundry, and valet parking available. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we were even greeted with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival.

Our experience at this hotel was perfect. The only downside was that the air conditioning didn't help much in reducing the heat.

Guests can enjoy a variety of activities such as walking or cycling on the river nearby or relax in the onsite spa pool. the spacious rooms come with modern bathrooms and are impeccably clean. the staff is friendly and forthcoming, eager to assist guests. the breakfast is a highlight with delicious honey directly from the honeycomb and the restaurant serves good food at a reasonable price.

While several young waitresses in the restaurant were dozy and slow, the rest of the staff was very pleasant.

The on-site restaurant had a mind-blowing selection of healthy and delicious dishes. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic. Despite limited English, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group. The nearby hiking trail was a pleasant surprise, connecting to a larger network of trails. It was a great place for a weekend getaway, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The hotel was nestled in a beautiful location with stunning views of the valley. It was easy to connect with nature on nearby hiking trails. I loved the clean and comfortable wellness facilities and the opportunity to swim and relax. Another great aspect was the variety of healthy food options that were both delicious and nutritious.

the language barrier was apparent at times, as the staff spoke limited English. This caused some inconvenience when communicating with them.

My xmas stay at this hotel was amazing! the first thing I liked the most was the wellness area and sauna, it was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the beautiful scenery. the second thing that stood out was the great breakfast, with a wide variety of foods to choose from. the location of this hotel couldn't be better, situated beautifully and at night it was very quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep.
